AI Star Mode
Star in your own story with AI Star Mode
Ever read a slow-burn romance and wished you were the one walking into that penthouse? AI Star Mode is built for exactly that. You choose a ShortFling story template, add a few selfies of yourself, and AI places you in the lead role of a private vertical short-drama episode — the glances, the tension, the cliffhanger, all starring you.
Status: AI Star Mode is in production and generation is not open yet. You can already explore the templates and join the waitlist — waitlist members are the first to be let in.
How it works in four steps
1
Pick a story template
Start from a ready-made scenario — a boardroom romance, a first-love reunion, a proposal, or a late-night NSFW template for adults.
2
Add selfies of yourself
Upload a few clear, front-facing photos of your own face. Only you can be the person in the photos.
3
Choose your role and style
Play the female or male lead and add an optional style note such as cinematic, soft lighting, or elegant.
4
Generate a private episode
Your episode is private by default. Nothing is shared or published unless you decide to share it.
Scenes you can step into
Each template is a self-contained short-drama beat written for adult leads. A few of the stories waiting for you:
CEO's Kiss
A sharp-suited boss, a contract nobody was supposed to read, and one kiss that rewrites the deal.
After Hours
NSFW · 18+An empty office after midnight and a colleague who finally says what everyone suspected. NSFW template, 18+ only.
First Love
Years later, the one who got away is back in town — and still remembers your name.
Bad Boy
A reputation for trouble, a motorbike outside your door, and a softer side only you get to see.
The Proposal
Candlelight, a rooftop, and the question you have been waiting a whole season to hear.
Privacy and consent come first
Putting a real face into a story is personal, so the rules are strict and simple. They apply to every template, SFW or NSFW.
Your own face only
You may only upload photos of yourself. Uploading anyone else — a friend, an ex, a coworker, a public figure — is prohibited.
Authorised AI Stars only
A real performer can only appear as an AI Star with that person's own documented authorisation. No authorisation, no likeness.
Adults only, always
Every character is an adult. NSFW templates are available only to users who confirm they are 18 or older.
Private by default
Generated episodes stay in your account and are not published unless you choose to share them.
Fast takedown
If you believe content shows you without consent, report it and we will review and remove verified non-consensual content.
AI Star Mode FAQ
What is AI Star Mode?
AI Star Mode is a ShortFling feature that casts you as the lead of a short-drama episode. You pick a story template, upload selfies of yourself, choose a role and style, and AI generates a private episode starring you.
Can I upload someone else's photo?
No. You may only use photos of your own face. A real performer can appear only with their own documented authorisation. Using another person's likeness without consent is prohibited and leads to removal and account termination.
Are my generated episodes private?
Yes. Episodes are private by default and are only shared if you choose to share them.
Is there NSFW content in AI Star Mode?
Some templates belong to ShortFling's NSFW zone. They are 18+ only, every character is an adult, and the same own-face consent rule applies.
Can I use AI Star Mode today?
Not yet. AI Star Mode is in production. Join the waitlist on the AI Star page and you will be among the first to get access when generation opens. Pricing will be shown before you generate anything.
