Terms of Service

By using ShortFling you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and access the platform. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; you can manage or cancel anytime in Settings. Virtual coins are non-refundable except where required by law.

Privacy Policy

We collect account data, viewing activity, and device information to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data. You may request access to or deletion of your data. We honor GDPR and CCPA rights in applicable regions.

Photos you upload

Photos uploaded for AI Star Mode are processed to generate your content and are handled per this policy. You control whether generated results stay private or are shared publicly.

18+ Content Policy

ShortFling contains a Mature zone with suggestive content. Access requires confirming you are 18+, and in regulated regions may require third-party age verification. The Mature zone may be hidden by default or unavailable depending on your region and platform.

Prohibited content

No content involving minors, non-consensual material, or illegal acts is permitted. Violations result in immediate removal and account termination, and may be reported to authorities.

AI Star Mode & Likeness

AI Star Mode may only be used with your own likeness. Uploading another person's photo to generate content without consent is prohibited. Generating intimate content of any real person without consent is banned and, where applicable, reportable under relevant law.

Rapid takedown

If you believe content depicts you without consent, report it via the in-app tools or the contact below. We aim to remove verified non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours.

DMCA / Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit a notice with identification of the work, the infringing URL, your contact information, and a good-faith statement. Send notices to dmca@shortfling.com. Repeat infringers are terminated.
