These policy summaries are static launch copy and should be reviewed with counsel before production release.

Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. You may sign in with email, Google, or X. Keep your details accurate and your password secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the law, or platform policies.

Coins, VIP & payments

Episodes unlock with virtual coins or a VIP subscription. Coins have no cash value, are not transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law; bonus coins (from check-ins, referrals, or promotions) may expire. VIP subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period until you cancel in Settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current term. Prices and payment methods are shown at checkout and processed by third-party payment providers — we do not store full card details.

Referral program

Referral rewards are paid as bonus coins, have no cash value, and are subject to anti-abuse checks. Creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or otherwise gaming the program voids rewards and may result in termination.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload content you have no right to use, impersonate anyone, scrape or resell the Service, or circumvent access controls or the age gate. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a licence to host, process, and display it as needed to run the Service. We may remove content and terminate accounts for violations.

Disclaimers & governing law

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our liability is limited and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

What we collect

Account data (email, and any name/avatar from Google or X sign-in); wallet and transaction records (coin balance, unlocks, purchases, referral activity); usage and viewing activity (episodes watched, favorites, check-ins) and product analytics events; device and technical data (IP, browser, approximate region); photos you upload for AI Star Mode; and any email you submit to a “notify me” waitlist. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

How we use it & who processes it

We use data to operate the Service (auth, playback entitlements, the coin economy), to prevent fraud and abuse, to communicate with you, and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf — including cloud hosting and database, media storage (CDN), payment processors, email delivery, and AI text providers used for content tooling — under contracts that limit their use to providing the service. Some providers are located outside your country (e.g. the US); transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions, the 18+ age-gate confirmation, and referral attribution, plus limited analytics. You can clear cookies in your browser, though some features may not work without them.

Your rights & retention

Subject to your region (including GDPR in the UK/EU and CCPA in California), you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, then delete or anonymize it. To exercise your rights, contact us below.

Photos you upload

Photos uploaded for AI Star Mode are processed only to generate your requested content and are handled per this policy. You control whether generated results stay private or are shared publicly, and you can request their deletion. We do not use your uploaded photos to train models or to depict anyone else.

Prohibited content

No content involving minors, non-consensual material, or illegal acts is permitted. Violations result in immediate removal and account termination, and may be reported to authorities.

Rapid takedown

If you believe content depicts you without consent, report it via the in-app tools or the contact below. We aim to remove verified non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours.
